Ms. Czech Republic wins Miss Earth 2012!

Teresa Fajksova, a 23 year-old delegate from Czech Republic, bested 79 other lovely candidates from around the world for the coveted Miss Earth crown.

Miss Philippines, Stephany Stefanowitz, was named Miss Earth - Air, Miss Venezuela, Osmariel Villalobos, as Miss Earth - Water and Miss Brazil, Camila Brant, as Miss Earth - Fire.

Special Award for Miss Congeniality was given to Miss India, Prachi Mishra; Miss Venezuela, Osmariel Villalobos got Miss Photogenic; and Thailand's Waratthaya Wongchayaporn, Best in National Costume.

The 12th Miss Earth Pageant was held at the Versailles Palace in Muntinlupa City, Philippines on November 23, 2012. The theme of this year’s competition is The International Year of Sustainable Energy.
