Seems like the year 2012 is bright for the Philippines in terms of beauty contests as many of the delegates made well in their competing worldwide.In the recently concluded Miss Tourism International 2012 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last December 31, 2012, Philippines' Rizzini Alexis Gomez won the title. Gomez is a 22 year old registered nurse from Cebu. She bested 55 other candidates from around the world.

Dreamgirl of the Year: Miss Malaysia, Jun Yong Wan Jun
Miss Tourism International is an annual beauty contest that began in 1994 in Malaysia.
