Binibini #35 Theresa Fenger is no longer part of the competition. She backed out due to her sexy photos in a men's magazine which is in violation to Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. rule that candidates who have posed for sexy men's magazine are to be disqualified.
Meanwhile, KC Gonzalez Cajandig will replace Theresa Fenger as candidate #35. KC hails from General Santos City. She was a finalist in the World Supermodel 2009 and placed in the top 3 in Ford Supermodel of the World Philippines in 2008.
